In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Actions not included in the support service:
  • Server Management.
    • Operating System support, upgrade and configuration.
    • Configuration of network drives.
    • Configuration of network server.
    • Extend and manage disk drives.
    • etc.
  • Configuration of hardware devices (eg routers)
  • Support of third-party applications.
Actions that have an extra cost:
  • Application migration to another server.
  • Backup restoring.
  • Support for development of web services, plugins, scripts or integration with third-party applications.
  • Development of new features.
  • Problems caused by third-party applications that have negative consequences in OpenKM.
  • Problems derived from changes to the server that has negative consequences in OpenKM.
